Maison Loste cured sausage crisps

Ingredients
  • 280g Maison Loste Duc de Coise cured sausage
Method

In the oven :

Heat the ovent to 200°C.

Cut the sausage into thin slices and place them on a baking tray.

Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.

Transfer to a paper towel and allow to cool.

In the fryer :

Heat the oil in the fryer to 180°C.

Cut the sausage into thin slices and fry them in the hot oil.

Remove them when they float to the surface.

Transfer to a paper towel and allow to cool.

 

Tip : 

Mix things up by trying this recipe with flavoured cured sausages made with walnuts, hazelnuts, cep mushrooms, green peppercorns or Espelette pepper !
