My Loste moments

Recipe of spaghetti with cured sausage

  • 1 Maison Loste Duc de Coise cured sausage
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 250g tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cook your spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet / your preference


Meanwhile, cut the Loste cured sausage into thin strips. Fry the strips of sausage in a very hot frying pan over a high heat without adding any fat and then drain.


Add the chopped onion and brown over a low heat, stirring until they change colour.


Add the tomato paste and ½ glass of water, season and mix well. 


Plate up the spaghetti and cover with the cured sausage sauce. Dinner's Ready ! 


Tip :

Add grated comté or parmesan shavings to make it even more indulgent.

Mix things up by replacing the tomato paste with crème fraîche !
