IGP BAYONNE CURED HAM
Bayonne cured ham comes from pigs bron, raised and processed in the south-west of France and has Protected Geographical Indication status. Its slowly matured meat is dark red with a mild flavour. Ask your independent butcher to cut you some wafer-thin slices to really appreciate its flavour !
